It's every car enthusiasts nightmare. Your car gets stolen and then you find it, and it's in a state where you'd almost wish it wasn't found at all. The owner of this BMW M5 lived through this nightmare.
The car has been completely stripped of all easily removable parts, it probably didn't take more than an hour. The car thief gangs nowadays are so smart and fast with certain cars that you'd wonder why they don't work at your local dealership. It would save a lot on the billed labour hours! This Dutch M5 was found abandoned in a field with only the chassis and the drivetrain intact. All other parts were carefully removed to be sold on the black market. The car can probably be fixed, however it probably will never be the same as before.No matter how well it gets rebuilt. From an insurance standpoint it probably would've been better to have found the car burnt down, or not at all.
