The Ferrair F50 is a very special car. With a power of 520 hp, it’s one of the fastest cars from the twentieth century. Even today, this car can keep up with some of the fastest supercars. With only 349 built copies it’s more rare than most of the other supercars. Most of the F50’s are painted in Rosso Corsa, according to many the best Ferrari colour there is. This colour is also known as ‘Ferrari red’. On Autogespot, we also see a lot of red copies. Only some copies are painted in another colour, including this black copy.
Let’s do some math. Of the 85 Ferrari F50’s on Autogespot, 70 copies are red, which is 82 percent. Only three black copies are spotted which all have the license plate F9RRR. That makes it quite a rare colour on the F50. Maybe everyone thinks this is a boring colour. A yellow copy is way more outstanding. But eventually, the owner decides what colour he wants to have on his car. This one owner probably wants to enjoy his F50 without standing out that much. Still, it’s a tough job not to stand out with a car like the Ferrari F50, because this is just a true beauty and of course the big spoiler on the back and the loud sound of the V12 won’t help you when you don’t want to be seen.
