BMW tries to hide the looks of the new 1-Series Coupe, which will in the future be known as 2-Series. Although we do know what a crashed BMW 2-Series looks like because that’s exactly what happened on the German Autobahn. Multiple cars were involved in the crash although nobody was seriously injured.
It isn’t clear how the accident happened but it seems that the driver of the test car lost control of the car while he was driving in a high speed. First, he hit the right barrier and then got smashed to the left barrier. This resulted in some parts landing on the other side of the road which hit some cars on that side. The driver of the 2-Series got out of the car unharmed, but this prototype is total loss.
