BMW M5 F10 Nighthawk unveiled in Japan

The new BMW M5 F10 has recently been facelifted and BMW have announced their first special edition of the facelift model, called the Nighthawk. This stunning car is exclusive to Japan. A dark background and an M5, where everything that can be finished in black, is black. This includes paintwork, grille and other detailing. We believe this will be a very successful special edition, such as the M Performance Edition M5's, exclusive to the UK. Unfortunately this Nighthawk is only available in Japan, but the BMW Individual department can try to recreate this stunning colour on new M5's in Europe, for a small fee.

The exterior colour is "Frozen Black", a colour which joins the BMW Induvidual colours range. The M5 also has a dark chrome grille and matte black 20 inch rims. In contrast, the interior is finished in Sakiru coloured leather, a red/orange-like color that contrasts well against the black on the exterior. In addition, this special edition M5 is also equipped with the Competition Package which provides the car with a sports exhaust and adjustable settings for the suspension and steering. Need to apply the brakes in a hurry, no problem. This car is fitted with some huge carbon ceramic brakes. You may need these brakes more than usual, as the engine has also been given more power. 575 HP comes from it's 4.4 Litre V8, that's fifteen horsepower more than the pre-facelift and will thus ensure that the 100 km/h is reached from standstill, in around 4.2 seconds. Only ten copies will be made, starting at a price of 141,000 Euros!
