    Why are you not entering the correct license plate in the license plate field when you're uploading the spot?

    Because the correct plate is ZXX!
    
    When we were driving on road in Germany we needed German plates for insurance reason.

    You're both driving on public roads. So the correct plate is WAF06589. Change it by using the report spot button.
