Spotter Whoopyload continues to spot some amazing car on and around the Nürburgring. This time he spotted this McLaren P1 LM and this car continues to impress us. This is the XP1 LM that is most likely owned by McLaren itself. The street version of the P1 GTR is in its element on the Ring and a great place to get the max out of this beast of a car.
There are only 6 of these LM's built, just like what McLaren did with the F1. Of the 6, 5 were sold by private owner (3 x to the Sultan of Brunei and 2 x landed in the United States, one was sold to Ralph Lauren). The engine in the LM produces and amazing1000PS (986bhp), while using 99-octane fuel. The oversized rear wing, larger front splitter and dive planes creating better aerodynamics and supposedly creating 40% more downforce compared to the standard P1.
