Don’t worry about the secrecy and just drive around. It seems to be the strategy of manufacturers who’re making a supercar. Earlier, we saw the Porsche 918 Spyder driving around for tests and now the McLaren P1 is spotted while it’s still testing. This P1 is a pre-production model, which we can see at the taillights.
But why’s the P1 driving on the streets with a German license plate? This is because it are dealership license plates which can easily be put on a car. It looks like the first twenty P1’s will be delivered in the last quarter of 2013. We don’t know why this car is spotted in Stuttgart, maybe to introduce potential customers to the P1?
