Does anybody know what the badge K2 means. Is it even an standard AMG? I googled the car but i saw nothing like it.

I don't know what it means, but I can tell you that this looks almost like a standard A45 AMG, the only detail is the diamond grille, which is not available on the A45 AMG ;)
