Mercedes-Benz released some new information regarding the Mercedes-Benz A 45 AMG. This model will be officially introduced on the Geneva Motor Show, in March. It promises to be a stunning car which aims for a younger target, according to Mercedes-Benz.
Earlier, we told you that the engine would produce 400 Nm of torque out of a 2.0 liters four-cylinder with a turbo, but it even produces 50 Nm more. The car has a total of 261 bhp. All four wheels are powered thanks to the AMG Speedshift DCT transmission equipped with a double clutch. Some things are changed, compared to the standard A-Class. Of course the whole car is more brutal thanks to wider body panels and a new grill on the front. The back of the car is also beautiful, more brutal than before and equipped with a nice set of exhausts. The car will be lowered 25 millimeters and it will have bigger brakes and several electronic tools to minimize the risk in the car. The A 45 AMG will accelerate to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds and the top speed of the car is 250 km/h. When you buy the performance package, the top speed will be upgraded to 279 km/h.
