I've spotted this appropriately-tagged Evo X at the Grand Army Plaza. Evo Xs are not insanely common to spot in Europe, so I was rather surprised about this heavily modified one. I don't think anything like this is legally possible in Germany. Not only was this car really prominent in looks, but also in sounds.
