The LM002, the True Lamborghini SUV

Nov 15, 2018, 3:54 PM Twenty-five years after the legendary LM002 ceased production, Automobili Lamborghini launched the Urus, their latest SUV. For some the Urus is a disappointment, and for them the LM002 remains the one and only "true Lamborghini SUV". The LM 002’s development started as a project to develop a high performance off-road vehicle for military use at the end of the 1970s, with the name of Cheetah.

Spotter Thomcarspotter spotted this group of Aston Martins in Germany and it gives us a great opportunity to pick our favorite spec on this amazing car. I personally like the dark red finish on the new DBS Superleggera, the same color that Aston Martin used to introduce the car to the public.

With the Alps as the backdrop we have seen some spectacular spots (photoshoots) from Nico. This time it is the beautiful combination of the Ferrari 488 Pista and the F12tdf, the hardcore versions of the 488 and the F12berlinetta. In the traditional red color, the cars look striking in this great photoshoot.

And this particular copy is one of five, even more extraordinary cars. Of the 350 cars built, only five of them were delivered with a manual gearbox, and this is one of them. This car is exceptionally purist and a heaven for those that love the traditional way of driving, or let's say racing.

In fact, the LP700-4 (including the Roadster) has been spotted more than 8,000 times on this site. But when the people from Japanese car shop "Liberty Walk" apply the “Bosozoku” style body kit, it becomes a different story. This amazing looking Liberty Walk Aventador was spotted by spotter "Horse-Power" in Atlanta, Georgia (USA).

Topspot: Ferrari 599 SA Aperta in Greenwich

The town is home to many hedge funds and other financial service firms. And where there is a lot of wealth, there are a lot of (rare) exotic cars. Announced at the Paris International Motor Show 2010, the Ferrari 599 SA Aperta is a special series model of which a limited number of just 80 were built.

Named after the Mistral, a strong wind that blows over long distances, this superlative sports saloon, based on the Porsche Panamera Turbo, is designed to cover tarmac rapidly while cosseting its four occupants. The decision to adopt bespoke carbon-fibre bodywork gave Gemballa the opportunity to change aspects of the base cars design to a greater than usual extent.

Mercedes-AMG GT S can go straight to the racetrack

This past week spotter cologne-cars spotted a Porsche 991 GT3 Cup on the streets of LA and we have all seen the spots of the McLaren P1 GTR. Although not built to race, the Mercedes-AMG GT S 2017 by Maxton Design gives you the impression that the car is designed for the racetrack. The car, spotted by T.B. Photography, is tuned with an impressive race look and an enormous wing.

Topspot: Ford GT in Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Oct 5, 2018, 11:04 AM In 2017, Ford had a production target of 250 cars but they started of slow with only 136 cars built in that year. That also explains why we haven't seen many spots of Ford's hand build Supercar. As of 2018 the production has increased to one car a day and the target of 1,000 cars will be met in the 4 year production schedule. That means we will see more spots of the GT in the near future like this beautiful copy that was captured on camera by "adry_carsofmallorca".
