Back in 2007 carspotting wasn't really popular in Poland. The capital Warsaw just had 64 spots on Autogespot while other European cities had much more spots. Warsaw was one of those unknown cities that still needed to be discovered. Times have changed and Warsaw is already known for a serious collection of supercars and sports cars that found their way to Autogespot. On a daily basis we see more and more spots being uploaded from Poland. Warsaw is one of those cities in Poland that developed rapidly. Automotive by Maciej is a very active photographer who takes photos in Warsaw every day. Together with him we selected a collection that shows Warsaw like you have never seen the city before.
When you thought about Poland and cars back in the old days you would automatically say Lada or FSO Polonez. The situation changed. According to a recent report of McKinsey, Poland can grow into an economical power in Europe in the next ten years. In 2007 we already wrote that Warsaw was one of those cities that showed huge potenial. On Autogespot you can see that carspotting changed dramatically. For finding the best cars you need to be in the Old Town. The Royal Routes runs straigt through the city. This route is combined with expensive hotels, stores and embassies. The core of this area is the Trzech Krzyzy Square. Most of the expensive cars and traffic passes this square. Furthermore you can find a few bars and restaurants at this square. Next to the square is the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel where this expensive Aventador LP720-4 50° Anniversario was spotted. From the Trzech Krzyzy Square you can continue a walk to the North by the street Nowy Swiat to finish at the Pilsudski Square. Again you can find a few expensive hotels over here as well. Another impressive spot to see at this square is the monument for the unknown soldier. You can find a photo of this monument in the photo story. We are sure that this unique selection of photos shows you more than just cars. You get a good impressive of Warsaw as a metropolis that is worth a visit. Nowadays you don't want to go and see supercars in the traditional spotting cities like London or Monaco. Warsaw has a lot of suprises for the carspotter and has a beautiful ambiance to take photos.
