Around the Nürburgring, you’ll see so much Porsche 997 GT3’s they won’t be special anymore. You’ll see them in a lot of different colours but rarely in this light blue colour. The colour is named Mexico Blue and looks really beautiful on this Porsche. It’s quite a shame that only a few owners dare to choose this unique colour, including this owner.
The Porsche 997 GT3 MkI is followed by the 991 GT3 and there’s a big difference between them. Porsche let go of the manual gearbox, the steering is even better and more direct and the car will probably be even faster on the Nürburgring. The looks don’t differ that much. The details look the same, the car has the sporty bumpers, big spoiler on the back and of course a double central exhaust in the diffuser. The following owner has to drive quite far to visit the Nürburgring but during summer, there are worse things to do. Next to that, you’ll get a lot of attention because nobody sees this colour that often.
