Rolls-Royce announces new Dawn

New life, new possibilities, fresh horizons. Rolls-Royce is confidently looking forward to the introduction of a fourth model, the Dawn. The name of this new and roofless flagship is now unveiled.

It's fully justified what Rolls-Royce says about setting boundaries with the new Dawn. This is not the SUV where we've heard so much about but this is the cabriolet version of the Wraith, a new Drophead with the sportiness of the Wraith. Just as luxurious as the bigger Phantom Drophead Coupé but just a bit cheaper. The name is revived and is last used in 1949 when Rolls-Royce built 28 Dawns between 1949 and 1954. This new generation will of course feature the very popular Bespoke program. The Rolls-Royce Dawn is expected in the first quarter of 2016 which means that its introduction will take place at the Geneva Motor Show. At the end of this year we expect some more information about this model and maybe even a concept version on the IAA in Frankfurt.
