Todays spot of the day contains one of my all time favorite cars. The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Spyder Performante. Whereas I have been able to spot quite a few of the newer model performantes the old model has been able to avoid my camera so far.
65 Kilograms were removed by tearing off all the padding on the Carbon fiber seats and the adjustments to suspension and shock absorbers. 13 of those kilo’s were removed by the specially made 19 inch wheels. Still this car weighs over 100kg more than the Gallardo Superlegerra which weighs in at 1340 kilograms.
The open top variant of the Superlegerra in my opinion looks so much better and makes just as cool a poster car as their big V12 models. We see the added spoiler and the cool new aero parts. The car was avaible in the following colors: Giallo Midas, Arancio Borealis, Grigio Telesto, Nero Noctis en Bianco Monocerus and Mars Red. This owner opted for the Mars Red.
A great spot and a car I hope to find somewhere in the future, unfortunately these cars become rarer to spot by the day!
