The RUF CTR-3, if you ask me this is quite a strange car. The nose reminds us of the normal Porshe 997 but the back of the car seems to come from a stretched Cayman. Still you shouldn't underestimate this car! Most of you car fanatics will probably know why.
The CTR-3 isn't just another tuned 911, this copy is tuned by German tuning company RUF. Under the bodywork this is a 997 with an extended chassis of an extra 20 centimeters. This made it possible to place the engine in front of the rear wheels. The car is powered by a 3.8 boxer engine with two turbos which produces up to 700 hp and 890 Nm of torque. Shifting gears is done with a sequential six speed gearbox. The sprint to 100 kph takes only three seconds and the top speed is 375 kph. This is all possible thanks to the low weight of the car of only 1400 kilograms. As you can see, you shouldn't underestimate this 'strange' Porsche.
