Porsche is growing very hard the last few years. They didn’t only come up with the Panamera and the Cayenne, but the 911 is also growing very hard. Not only in production numbers but also in terms of variation of models. But Porsche still sees possibilities for new models and making more money. They’ve been busy developing the Porsche Macan. This car will be about as big as the Audi Q5, so it is going to be the Cayenne’s little brother.
We won’t miss any sporty feeling in this car. Porsche says that the top of the range engine will be a V6 with about 370 bhp. Just like the Cayenne this car will be able to take corners very quick, but don’t expect performance like a supercar from the Macan. The spyshots show us that the production model will look a lot like the Cayenne. This Porsche keeps the familiar looks of all Porsche models. We are very curious, Porsche says the production model will be available in October 2013!
