The time has come for the Aston Martin DB12 to be presented. An absolute marvel. Most striking is the completely new front which looks very aggressive. Here are the first details about the car:

The Aston Martin DB12 impresses with an aggressive looking body. The front track width has been increased by 6 millimeters, while the rear has been increased by 22 millimeters. A redesigned, larger radiator opening and a newly shaped splitter give the vehicle a striking look. The wide track is complemented by the standard 21-inch forged wheels. The LED headlights with eye-catching daytime running lights further emphasize the design.
Relatively little has changed at the rear compared to the DB11.
it is anyway the front which first catches the eye.
The DB12 proudly displays the latest Aston Martin Wings emblem on its front. This emblem symbolizes the beginning of an exciting new era and is being applied to a sports car for the first time. The car's aerodynamic profile is enhanced by new, smaller, frameless door mirrors, which complement the new design at the same time.
A significant milestone of the DB12 is the introduction of the new next-generation infotainment system. Aston Martin developed and designed this system entirely in-house. Nevertheless, the DB12 continues to rely on classic buttons for important mechanical functions such as gear selection, drive selection, heating and ventilation. There are also switches for the chassis, ESP, exhaust system, lane assistant and Park Distance Control. For audio lovers, the vehicle offers a Bowers & Wilkins audio system with 15 speakers and 1,170 watts of power.
Under the hood, the well-known 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 provides a musical performance. Aston Martin engineers have increased the output to an impressive 680 hp, which is the same as the previous level of the V12 engine. With a maximum torque of 800 Nm between 2,750 and 6,000 rpm, an increase of 34 percent compared to the DB11, the DB12 accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 300 km/h.
Power is sent via an 8-speed automatic gearbox and, for the first time on an Aston Martin DB model, an electronic rear differential (E-Diff) is fitted. This differential is linked to the vehicle's Electronic Stability Control (ESC). Unlike a traditional limited-slip differential, the E-Diff can switch from fully open to 100% locked in milliseconds for optimal traction.
