Electric or hydbrid cars can be dangerous when they come in contact with water. When there is short circuit a battery can easily catch fire. That happened to twelve Fisker Karma’s last week due hurricane Sandy in New Jersey. The hurricane was too strong with the following consequences.
The name Fisker Karma is a name where you can make some applicable jokes about. It however is typical that a very economical car is ruined by Mother Nature, and the most eco-unfriendly cars are still quite intact. Maybe a case of bad karma?
