What kind of craft-G-Wagon is this again?

One can guess the region where this vehicle sold, as it probably wouldn't appeal to a Central European. And indeed, it was spotted in Dubai. Where everything must be different...

When it comes to unique vehicles, the Middle East seems to be the absolute leader. If you look at all the G-Wagons with totally wild body kits, you couldn't count them on two hands. Normally, we're used to extreme modifications from Mansory on luxury vehicles. However, this isn't a Mansory but an even more exclusive Ares Design. Ares Design, based in Modena, specializes in vehicle modifications, restomods, and recently, hypercars. Among the craziest modifications are, for example, a two-door Rolls-Royce Phantom of the latest generation, and also a coupe version of the Bentley Mulsanne. In the restomod area, there are also some more and less known models. This G-Wagon is definitely a matter of taste, as parts from other commercially available Mercedes vehicles have been used. We recall the Mercedes Royal 600, where an S-Class was equipped with SLS lights and a retro grill. These two vehicles complement each other quite well. But apparently, both have found their happy buyers.
