The brand new Porsche 992 Carrera 4S Targa which will be on the market in August 2020. ( see https://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/neuheiten/porsche-911-targa-4-s-992-2020/ ) In my opinion, when I look at the license plate, the car is a test car from Porsche.
