Purple Ferrari Daytona SP3 shows up in Monaco

Another Ferrari Daytona SP3 has been spotted, this time in Monaco. The color is just as unique as the car itself, as it has been painted in a dark violet shade. The owner is also familiar to us from various other Ferraris, such as the Ferrari Monza SP2, which is seen driving through Monaco almost daily.

From a technical perspective, the Daytona SP3 draws inspiration from the advanced engineering solutions used in 1960s racing.
The Ferrari Daytona SP3 features a naturally-aspirated V12 engine, positioned in the middle-rear of the car, following the style of typical racing cars. This power unit, unquestionably the most iconic among all of Maranello's engines, delivers 840 horsepower (cv), making it the most powerful engine ever built by Ferrari. It also boasts 697 Nm of torque and can rev up to a maximum of 9500 rpm.

The chassis is constructed entirely from composite materials, utilizing Formula 1 technologies that haven't been seen in a road car since the LaFerrari, Maranello's previous supercar. The seat is an integral part of the chassis, reducing weight and providing the driver with a driving position similar to that of a racing car.
